| VAC-PR40 New for 2007, UPGRADE your station’s on-air, studio vocals and podcasts with Popless Voice Screens VAC-PR40 adjustable pop filter. The VAC-PR40 is designed for the HEIL PR40 and PR30 microphones when mounted in the HEIL SM2 shock mount. Similar to our VAC-s3.5 and VAC-s6 shock mount models, the low-profile VAC-PR40 has been fine-tuned to precisely fit the Heil SM2 shock mount. Bob Heil has personally approved the VAC-PR40 design! The VAC-PR40 is the perfect compliment for HEIL’s new dynamic front address microphones, the PR40 and PR30. A clamp with a mini-gooseneck adjusting system places the VAC-PR40’s two 3.5 inch diameter acoustic screens in front of the microphone. Attaching the VAC-PR40 to the HEIL SM2 shock mount keeps the microphone isolated from unwanted vibrations. The acoustic screens stay in position with respect to the microphone despite movement of the radio station arm or mic stand. All VAC™ models have interchangeable acoustic screens and replacement screens are available.
